Way we see it, there is no disputing these ballots . If a voter can't fill out a ballot correctly, their ballot is invalidated and their vote is lost for that election . How much you want to bet these same idiots who can't figure out which oval to fill in could nevertheless be counted upon to fill out a Keno slip completely and accurately?
